Just watched this short interview with Al Gore.  Interesting stuff.

Many times I have experienced a state of flow where my focus on a task is so intense that the rest of reality falls away. When I get into this state I produced some amazing work in a short period of time. I never realized how or why I enter into this state. But after coming across this TED.com video, it all make sense.

Industry Minister Jim Prentice just introduced a Bill that may change Canadian copyright law to be more like the American system.  Some of these changes will make it illegal to break "locks" on digital content.  No more backing up or copying music and movies to other media (CD to PC/MP3 player).  This Bill ignore many other Canadian rights.  Please read more: http://www.michaelgeist.ca/content/view/3029/125/
