Although is takes a little while to get to it, this video describes the biological systems in our bodies and how they really work in-sync with our perceptions and beliefs. It is really amazing how all the latest understandings of our world are all starting to point to the same understanding. Fascinating stuff!! A must watch!!

When I get into this state I produced some amazing work in a short period of time. I never realized how or why I enter into this state. But after coming across this TED.com video, it all make sense.
