I recently found myself in a need for a jQuery based tooltip.  I managed to find a nice lightweight one called jTip.  One issue, I needed the tooltips to be sticky with a close button. So, I modified jTip to have an option for sticky and a close button.  Check it out.

I have been studying the monetary systems in US and Canada for the last few months (on and off).  I started suspecting that there was something I didn't know about the way the system works.  Upon doing a little research I found out some troubling truths.  Watch the following to get an idea what has happened to Canada's monetary system.
